Created design plan to retrofit Cap Metro Bus into a mobile grocery store with a budget of $150 K.

Ideation included not just physical design but shopping experiences out in the field by customers.
Seniors in COVID times:
The question was how to reconnect the seniors in nursing homes and their therapists despite lack of human touch (PPE, COVID protocols).
Virtual long-term care facility tour/interviews with patients/doctors/therapists.
Ideation led to redesigning a large gym into 3 modular sterile pods for therapy and tested with mock patients/therapists.
Digital Product Manager - 2019
Led team to create new User Interface for online Bill Payments and launch MVP to 5 K users.
Used data (users, business, and web analytics) to determine key features (Add Payee and Make/Edit Payments).

$250M+ complex undertaking to establish online marketplaces for health insurance companies to offer plans for consumers needing health coverage.
Website garnered over 20M visits in the first year and the national uninsured rate dropped from 16% in 2007 to 8.7%.
Owned User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) for the Health Policy team.
Led agile sessions to create user stories for consumers to shop, compare, and enroll in proper health plans.
